A business opportunity and vision that began in September 2021. We received the keys on 4th February 2022 and brought the space to life in under 2 months. We officially opened on Friday 1st April 2022.
This is the magical beginning of the ‘58 Bonnygate’ story.

Meet our Founder. After a successful 24 year career in the financial services sector, Alvina decided it was time to slow down, step back and reevaluate.
This “slow down” phase back in 2019 resulted in the creation of her own Coaching business and unique personal development program (The SPRING Solution™ - 6 Steps to SUCCESS) and the opening of Enlighten Cupar - a social impact project supporting individuals and small businesses in the heart of the community.
2022 saw the launch of Alvina’s next business venture, our Coworking & Community Hub, 58 Bonnygate, right here in the heart of Cupar.
Alvina is a passionate and dedicated Business Mentor and Success Activation Coach® with a soul mission to support, lead, empower, and nurture women in business. With 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial wisdom, Alvina guides her clients through a journey of profound self-discovery and success. Unlocking your confidence and true potential with a unique blend of transformational coaching, mentoring, and energy healing techniques tailored to your needs.
Alvina meets with her clients, holds workshops, training and networking events here in The Ivy Room at 58 Bonnygate.
