We provide a warm and welcoming space in the heart of Cupar. Here you can host your workshops, retreats, classes, team building & strategy meetings from our two wonderful, bright and airy event spaces.

We also have another smaller room, which is perfect for cosy offsite meetings, client consultations, conducting interviews or providing therapies.

You can also run your business from one of our permanent rental spaces.

All rooms have access to toilets, a wee tea & coffee kitchen, good Wifi connection and a quiet private garden area at the back of the building when you need some time out to reflect.

Bonnygate Pay & Display Car Park and the free Fluthers Car Park are in easy walking distance. Cupar Railway Station is an 8 minute walk and there are regular bus services into Cupar town centre from all surrounding areas.

Event management support and access to local suppliers (catering & floral decoration for example) can be provided.
