Meet Fiona, owner of FB Massage. Following a degree in Sports & Exercise Science, then two years working as a fitness instructor, Fiona trained to become a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist.

Having been a competitive athlete for most of her life, she achieved world age group champion status in duathlon in 2014. Fiona has always pushed the boundaries of performance and found the human body fascinating.

Her clients can choose from massage & reflexology treatments, sound healing & reiki sessions, facials, skincare and holistic treatments.

Katrina is a hair extension and hair loss solution expert. At her studio in the 3rd floor she provides bespoke hair extension and crown volumiser systems for ladies with hair loss.

In her words:” I like to call it a Transformation from outside in, as it’s never just about the hair. The hair however, is a catalyst for a greater change in a woman’s life!”

Kate is a qualified Pluralistic Counsellor and is a registered member of the BACP, working with Individuals and Couples. She works with trauma and issues around abuse, relationship problems, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and anything else you choose to bring.

Being pluralistic means she uses a blend of different therapeutic styles to suit the individual. She offers face to face and online appointments and a free initial 20-minute call.

Tracey is a qualified Pluralistic and Psychotherapist counsellor, working with individual clients aged 8+ on a 1:1 basis, offering in person or online counselling.

She supports men, women and children who have experienced anxiety, trauma, flashbacks, depression, stress, dissociation, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, family breakdown and trauma from sexual assault/abuse.

She is a registered member of the BACP.

Penelope Fraser is an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She now works privately but used to work in the NHS. She is skilled at blending a variety of different psychological procedures as any treatment or therapy is tailor-made to suit the individual. Penelope also has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis & is a qualified teacher of Qi Gong.
